Hello friends! My name is Kaylee Salsbury, and I am a REALTOR in the Greater Seattle Area. I was born and raised in Washington and couldn't imagine a life anywhere else.

After graduating from Western Washington University in 2013 with a degree in Journalism/Public Relations, I realized that wasn't the right career for me. I got a sales job right out of college and realized selling things I didn't care about wouldn't get me very far in life. So, I went into restaurant management.

There, I realized my passion in life was creating valuable relationships. Restaurant culture tends to have a high turnover rate, and I really took pride in the relationships I was able to form with everyone I worked with in order to create a positive, fun and safe environment. After nearly 10 years, I decided to switch gears and build my real estate business.

Since starting in 2020, I have helped several families throughout Washington State and beyond to make real estate their reality. My passion lies in helping first time homebuyers start their journey to homeownership.

In my spare time, you can find me at home watching Netflix with my dogs and husband. I love to cook, host parties and I am always on the hunt for a good sale.
